MANAGING ANGER

The advice is this, learn to manage anger by asking yourself some of these questions: Is it necessary to get so worked up over the object of your anger?.

What would getting angry solve?. Take your time, breath in deeply and if possible walk away or ignore the cause of your anger. It might not be easy but in the long run you may have saved yourself the aftermath regret.

Another way of reducing your anger or rage to an appreciable distance is by engaging yourself in a little exercise. This is done by first positioning yourself in a room alone then close your eyes, at this moment you will be having different thoughts in your head, what you must do at this point is try not to think anything, clear your mind and remain thoughtless for 5 minutes, you can do this as long as you want and afterward you will notice how much your anger will be reducing as you will be slow to anger and more calculative.
